This hotel provides a superb experience compared to my previous stays in General Santos City. the staff here are incredibly helpful and always greet you with a smile. They truly make you feel welcomed, from the front desk to the pool attendants. the rooms are well-designed and spacious, offering a comfortable stay with plenty of blankets and pillows. the clean comfort rooms have good water pressure and hot showers. the garden adds a nice touch to the ambiance, creating a peaceful retreat. the outdoor swimming pool area is well-maintained, with shaded seating and sun loungers, perfect for relaxation.
One thing that could be improved is the distance of the room from the pool. A closer proximity would enhance the guest experience.
